Ethereum Is The Signal Runner For The Entire Alt Market

Similar to how bitcoin is the signal runner for the crypto market ethereum is where people are looking to before a bull run of alt coins starts. It has been like this for the last 4 years in crypto and I don't see it changing anytime soon. Anything can happen in crypto so don't think this is a guarantee but for the most part ethereum goes up first, then stabilises, and then you will start to see gains in alt coins such as Hive. It is not as direct as that and there are runs here and there when news comes out (look at that Leo pump) but for the most part Ethereum stands at the front of the line for alts.

Ethereum Show The Power Of Alts

Bitcoin is one type of coin and ethereum is another. Both are great in their own ways but both have different purposes. Bitcoin is a way to store value, like digital gold and keep it secure. While Ethereum, like Hive, is a network where programs run on and interact with. When it comes to investing in crypto a lot of people jsut want to make money and don't care what they are investing in. When ethereum does well this shows that coins that are networks and have dapps on them are a good place to put your money. This is what we need if coins like Leo are going to do well.

Ethereum Dapps

There are a lot of ethereum dapps and a lot of people will learn about crypto and the advantage of dapps through ethereum. This means it is important that they do well to help bring in more users to the space. Maybe these people will stick with ethereum or try other chains but either way they will see that it is better to use a dapp that rewards you than one that doesn't.

Just as we watch Bitcoin to see if the market is going up, we should keep an eye on Ethereum to see where the dapp space is going. Look at defi and how big it is on the ethereum network. There will always be exceptions like Binance that do well even when the rest of the market dropped, but at the end of the day, Ethereum is the alt coin that is leading the way at this time.
