the importance to take profit

Yes, alt coin has been performing well, but when you see a coin get pumped in a very sudden price action (like 30% +), you should at least take partial profit to avoid it is another pump and dump scheme. Take ARKBTC as an example. There are 3 pnd during the Apr to Jun where as you can take quick turnaround with your position with 10% intraday gain. If the coin keep going up, you will still have position. And if the coin dump back, you sell half and you can consider to buy back or leave it as that.

Don't let the pnd hurts you and you should always take partial profit seeing the coin get pumped so high.
