We have heard about warren buffet, who is the king of investment arena.He was the most richest man of the world at 2008.In this year he become the 3rd richest person of world.I have heard that he choose two type of share.One which is undervalued in market and another is which one valuable but maximum investor can not recognize its value in market.Every investor has his own analysis.We can not be like warren buffet.Because he has vast experience and he is by born smart in investment.

We all steemian has some or big amount investment in crypto market.Somebody invest for short time and somebody for long.I prefer long term investment.Because crypto has more volatility than other market.Every steemian has steem or sbd.Some people also have bitcoin or other altcoin as a investment.I want to share my thinking about investment.

I am a forex trader since 2009.I have investment in forex.But i have noticed forex and crypto investment has so many difference.I want to trade everyday in forex market.I normally prefer 4 hours and daily time frame.If you tell me to trade in crypto.Then i never do day trading.Crypto is once type of digital asset which can give you 1000% return also.But it takes time.So, if i trade daily in crypto then i have to be satisfy with 2% or 5% profit.

Invest as much as you can afford

Again i have to say about warren buffet.He has a popular quotes."Do not put all your eggs in one basket". I have seen so many people arrange bank loan for invest in forex or stock market or crypto.It is a worst decision.Those market never give you any gurranty that you can make profit in certain time.It can be take 1 month, sometimes 5 years also.

So, it will be better you invest in crypto from your saving.If you have not extra savings money then you should leave it.You should never sell any land or car or house for investment.You have to survive first.You have to keep money for food and house rent.If you have extra money then you can put it to crypto market.

If it takes long time to make profit then it will not make for you any trouble.

Control your emotion and passion

You have to think you are participating in marathon, not participating in 100 meter race.Profit is a matter of time.You have to show patience to reach a golden moment.It is also a matter of luck.Somebody can gain in a month, somebody not.Emotion is a biggest enemy for a trader.95% forex trader do loss due to emotion.You can follow so many book about emotion control.

Research before invest

You have to choose a reputed crypto coin.In crypto market has so many useless coin.You can check the coin statistics,history,resources in google.It is your money so you have to take your own decision.We can see so many garbej coin suddenly up by unethical pumping.It is a trap.They attract investor by that pumping.You never can make profit if you invest to that coin.You have to do long term research about crypto.

Skip the rumor

Never believe any rumor.Believe the possibilities.There are no 100% correct news before happen.One month ago we have seen a rumor justin sun, founder of tron will buy steem.Steem price also raised that time.But later it prooved as a false news.You have to justify the fundamental news source.

Always try to invest at bottom point

I never invest in downtrend market.I always wait for a bottom point of trend.It is not a easy matter.I am not saying i can measure it 100%. Sometimes i can identify sometimes not.If you wait for a bottom level, then you have to find a possible bottom level.If you do wrong, that not make you fall in big trouble.Nearest around bottom point also a good point for open trade position.

Hold your coin at sideways market or downtrend

Warren buffet another popular quotes. "Rule number one - Never loose money.Rule number 2- Never forget rule number one.

So, never sell your crypto when your money is in negetive.Hold your coin untill it goes to profit.I said before that you have to invest extra money.Which is not essential for your family.If this money get stuck long time in crypto market then it never been headeq for you.Hold is a better solution in downtrend market.

Sell your crypto at right time

This is the most important things in crypto market.Nobody knows the right time to leave.How many percent profit is enough.We have noticed when bitcoin enter into bull market then it rise slowly slowly in every month.But altcoin not follow the same rules.At 2017 we have seen altcoin had gone up for few days like one week.So, you have to be clever.I always try to find top level in this time.When price complete a top point then we will get sometime for sell our coin with profit.
