My Review on Steemscan.com Exchange
Hello everyone, I have decided to do a post about the steemscan.com exchange. This will be a very short review and I hope I pass the message.
Project.hope finally partners with Steemscan.com which is one thing I really appreciate. After seeing the post by @project.hope, I decided to write this post. First I will congratulate the steemscan.com team for launching such an amazing project (it takes an amazing team to create an amazing project). Also, I read through the reviews a lot of people made
Everything here is based on my view, with no biased thoughts and I hope the team uses this to improve on their service.
User Interface (UI)
I really do love attractive user interfaces even when I do not see them as point to trade but a lot of people look at this and the UI is impressive for me. I can easily navigate through the site both on phone and on desktop. It is also easy to navigate and use night mode. I must commend the work on this. I will give it a 3 of 5 rating.
Exchange Buy and Sell
This is where I have a little concern. This exchange service looks it is promoting more of selling steem tokens to buying steem token. An exchange should have both buy and sell for customers who want to buy tokens as well as sell but on this exchange, I can only find the place to sell steem and not buy steem. The team could work out buying as well and not look at selling only. I will appreciate if I can buy steem from the exchange with other coins or with a debit or credit card and not to only sell steem.
Customer Care
I didn’t see any place where I could chat with a customer care representative. This is one major thing for businesses and it is very vital for exchanges in case there is a mistake in transfer or delay in funds being sent. Also people believe in an exchange where they can communicate with a part of the exchange even when they do not know the people in person. A customer care or an email address to contact in case of a problem is needed and I didn’t find the customer service button or chat forum.
Exchange Rate and Hidden Charges
While checking the exchange, it is said that the exchange fee is $1 but it looks like the price is different compared to the price showing on the market as well as the price on other exchanges. It looks like there are hidden charges which makes it difficult to ascertain trust on the exchange.
Conclusion
I hope the steemscan.com team look into this things mentioned above and work on them. Sincerely, the project is a very impressive and useful one and simply getting this few things checked would improve the project.
