Intending or new entrepreneurs are always eager about a business they want to start, the vibe is usually there because at that point they have gotten everything they want for the business and they just cannot wait for the execution, it is usually a great time for but move the time forward to after six months or a year, the vibe and the energy is either almost drained or gone and this is because all the perfection expected from the business does not come forth in reality. The customers are not as cooperative as they are expected to be, neither are the staff in good behaviour as well, so the once eager to work entrepreneur is just either too weak to work or to depressed to work.

As an intending entrepreneur who is really eager to go into the business world, I just think it is better to get prepared for the troubles that might be experienced along the way instead of all the rosy stories being made.

Resources might not be enough.

Even at the time when you think you have everything in place before you start the business, starting the business will only open your eyes to more things you need and at that point you might not have the capacity to get everything in place.

Get ready to work for longer hours.

As a new entrepreneur, you may feel you will get more hours to rest, but the reverse is the case because starting your own business only translates to mean sacrificing more hours of sleep and more hours of rest.

Not getting desired support.

The support you think you will get before the business only turns out to be mere shadows after you begin, friends and colleagues who may have promised support before the business started may eventually not show up for the business (be prepared for that).

Employing the wrong staff.

Almost every entrepreneur makes this mistake, there is no handbook for employing the right staff and so it is almost inevitable not to make mistakes, as a new entrepreneur be rest assured that you might have to employ either one or two wrong staff who might frustrate the life out of you on that journey.

Be ready to multitask.

At the point when you discover how you have made a mistake in employing that wrong staff and you layoff the staff, then the space is vacant and you might not get another person to immediately replace that staff, so you take over the position immediately.
