Sometimes when your business is passing through some issues or downtrend, in my country, people will sees it as being spiritual, they don't care to know if the issue is from the Entreprenuer or not. They went about wasting more money instead of trying to know what the issue is and then re- strategize on how to get it solved.

When you have a problem, it is better you first of all knows what the issue is before you finally thinks of solution. This is just the best way to get your problem solved. Another core aspect to look into is pride. Do you know there is this entrepreneur I came across and we were trying to relate and I noticed he is just too arrogant. Now take a look at such Entreprenuer and his behaviour, if he started having issues with his business, people will keep saying is spiritual attack, they will say it is people that is envying him and wants to bring his business down. They have forgotten he is the root of this business. Unless such attitude is cut down, he will never progress and it will surely be hard for him to hit zenith in the nearest Future.

Remember that the core reason for setting up a business is to make money. If you want to achieve this height, you surely need to remain calm, dedicated focus and lastly treat your customers nicely. If you can't do this you will fail badly. If you are that type with bad characters, you should note that they are other business owners out there who will steal your customers from you. They will treat them well since you can't and your business will keep running downtrend.

For those who are running their business properly, you should know that you are doing the right team and suddenly the business will sprout high. There is something I can across, we all should never expect our business to hit zenith once we set it up. Business focus can take a month, 6 months, 12 months, 4 years and so on and so forth.

With the above in place, don't be bothered when your business has not hit your target, gradually it will. Now back to the main topic particular, what is the ways to win your customers mind.

Ways to win your customers mind

There is no perfect way to attract customers, you can do it whatsoever that you like, but try apply studying your customers, then you will have some clue about them. So below are some ways;

  • Know about them and surprise them: Spare some few time maybe every month to investigate your customers, i.e know more about them. Like for instance, organise a meeting, ask about what they do for a living, what is their favourite colour, favourite dish and so on and forth. If they do submit it to you, document it and use it to surprise them. Like if Mr A loves red dress, you can walk to any boutique and buy him a shirt. Make sure you knows his size. Continue doing this to all your customers and see the way your business will hit zenith within shortest period of time. They will even went ahead to brings friends and family that will keep patronizing you. This will yield you good amount of interest in short time frame.

  • Meeting: Try to organise business meeting. In this meeting with customers, ask them where you are lacking behind so that you can fixed it and serve them better. When you keep doing this, you will be able to know where there is loop hole in your business. You will be able to know where you are not doing well and also with that, you will know how to fixed it. While they are asking you questions, if you have contrary opinion, feel free to let them know the reason you can't implement what they ask or the reason there will be delay towards that. By doing this, they will understand properly abd never complain while dealing with such issue because you have already explained everything to them.

Conclusion

Remember the core reason for setting up the business is to make profit, and for it to be achieved, you will need to make sure that your customers are always treated right.
