Splinterlands - Champions league once again now curious about what will be there in those 80 loot chests
It has been serveral days since I wrote a post on my splinterlands journey. I guess my last post was during the start of the current season. I cannot imagine that I didn't write anything in the last 15 days. I thought today I will share my happiness with you all in entering Champion III league once again this season as well. While I was staring at the below image after getting it while playing, I was also traversing my mind through the entire journey. I thought with this achievement, it would be ideal to share my story with the readers.
I guess I have had quite a journey on splinterlands. Initially I was regretting so much for not playing this game during the early days. And later even after joining this game, I was so hesitant towards investing money here. Before this game, I was playing drugwars which did not expect huge investment from my side. I did a little over there but I was fortunate to get my investment back. But when I joined splinterlands, the game was like I have to invest so much to be on the top list.
Later after playing the game regularly, I realized that I should be investing at least on the summoners to progress well in the game. I started with my fire deck and I was purchasing cards one by one from the market. Monstermarket.io also helped me progress well by giving me 3 percent cashback for all my purchases. I did not use my account very effectively because I did not have enough time to play the game. I then somehow started allocating a minimum of one hour in this game. I'm not sure if I was able to reap a decent profit out of this game yet, but I have to admit that I have had so much of fun playing this game.
Even today with the profit I get from the game, I invest slow and steady on the cards that will help me grow. I also invest some extra hive at times to upgrade my summoners. So, all this have made me reach the Champions league. I'm very glad that I was able to reach here from where I thought investing was painful in this game to this level where my account value is worth 1000$ right now.
I guess I will stop right there with my stories. Today I was also fortunate enough to open quest rewards after entering into Champions league. I got the below rewards from the quest. One good thing about being in high league levels is that we get more loot chests to open.
It was great opening the quest rewards one by one because while opening one of the cards there was a sound and the screen shaked. Ya it was a legendary card. After a very long time, I have received a Legendary card from the quest rewards. All other cards are the usual ones but good to see this legendary card. I don't know if I will be using this card in any of my battles but good that it can stay in my deck for soemtime. I will check later if it is worth holding or selling.
Now I'm very excited about opening the 80 loot chests from the season end reward. It is not too far actually. Only a few more hours left before the season end. Most of the time when we have this curiosity, it always gives disappointments but this time lets see how it goes. Tomorrow I will write a post about what I received from the season end rewards. I wish I have an epic post to write.
