Heya warriors wassup,

This week splinterlands challenge theme is `` Blast` if you don't know. Again one of my favourite ability. I don't remember if I ever missed any day without using this ability. Especially when you are playing in a higher league, then you can't skip the usage of the gold dragon and lightning dragon.

But everyone uses these monsters for blast ability. I wanted to use something different. I could have used a gold dragon or lightning dragon but I didn't. And yes as Carrie Allen mentioned about exploding dwarf heh I am not a fan of exploding dwarf and I rarely use in my battles.

What is blast ability?

Blast ability does additional damage to an adjacent monster to the target one.

Do you like a melee blaster over magic or ranged one?

To be fair I love all kind of blasts. Most of the time I use ranged blast but for this challenge I selected melee. The only issue with a magic blast is it gets back damage if it is blasting a monster which has magic reflect.

My Lineup

COCATRICE

I used COCATRICE in the first place. I really like this monster because of its dodge ability. But sometimes when doge ability doesn't work it hurts :P. It belongs to the dragon family so it has the flying ability as well. The monster with flying and dodge is mostly untouchable.

Furious Chicken

I used Furious Chicken in the second place. As you can see I was given a target practice rule where all ranged and magic have the snipe ability. To save some attacks I used chicken in the second place.

Brownie

I used Brownie in third place. I wanted to increase the speed of my all monsters and in addition to that also wanted to increase melee attack. Brownie is a super awesome reward epic due to its mind-blowing abilities and speed.

GREMLIN BLASTER

I used GREMLIN BLASTER in fourth place. Before saying anything I'd like to share its lore :P XD I am just laughing and laughing after reading its Lore. I mean whoever wrote this did a commendable job hehe

These little daredevils have the special ability to handle highly explosive objects without accidentally exploding themselves… usually. When Kobolds are nervous about blowing a cavern open, they often call in the services of a Gremlin Blaster. They smell terrible and they’re incredibly rude to Kobolds, but when a powerful but lightweight explosion is needed, Gremlin Blasters are always the best for the job.source

Yea as I mentioned up there I wanted to use something different for this challenge. GREMLIN BLASTER is another undervalued reward monster. I still remember when it came into existence and it had redemption ability. we all went nuts and were using it blindly and then it got nerfed :(

When you will watch the battle you will notice the clear difference blaster created. It exploded and its stun ability did its job perfectly.

From its lore this line is hilarious

LOL And yea when you want a powerful but lightweight explosion then Blaster could be right choice ;)

SCREECHING VULTURE

I used the screeching VULTURE in the fifth position. Another cool reward edition with opportunity, flying and scavenger ability. Always love using this monster. It is so awesome.

CREEPING OOZE I used CREEPING OOZE in the last position. I used it because I wanted to reduce the speed of my opponent's monsters.
