Today marks a new milestone in my Hive journey. I now officially own 4,000 Hive Power!

I started on Hive (Steem...) in January of 2018. It was right in the middle of the crypto boom of late 2017 (BTC) and early 2018 (Altcoins). I have to confess that I got interested because of the opportunity to make some (or a lot of) money. Clearly that hasn't really happened so far, but the fact that I'm still here is that I started to like being active and meeting new people here online. Clearly Hive has its flaws and there is a lot that could (or should) be improved, but for me it's still the most convenient crypto blogging platform there is.

New goal for 2020

Obviously it's time for a new goal now and that can only be the magical 5k HP milestone a.k.a. Dolphinhood. With the Steem that I still have to exchange to Hive and the rewards I now get blogging and curating, I'm confident I can reach that milestone by the end of this year (or even an bit earlier). Let's go for it!
