I woke up this morning and decided to check my Hive feed. I haven’t done this right after waking up in a long time. Usually I check it when I am free in the middle of the day, which is rare.

Checking it while half sleeping was perfect though. I always like to start my day off positive and choose my input carefully until I feel ready for output. If I choose articles that make me feel good, it’s a great way to start the day! Huge thanks to @kennyskitchen for that! I got my daily dose of positive vibes right away. I got engaged thinking about crypto reading @edicted bring up some good points, and that was a continuation of what I was focused on yesterday, crypto.

I got my output going a little bit after reading @builderofcastles post about intimacy, a reply to @ecotrains question of the week. I am really happy he finally made it to hive. You can be a bit cynical at times but You are fulllll of insight and I appreciate you!

I read a comment from @nathanmars about some hive promotion which is something I think we should all be thinking about. He brought me to @stellabelle’s YouTube where she explains how to promote hive in a non-spammy way. Stella is such an asset for the community, she always hits a problem head on with the right energy, she reinforces my initial idea that we should aim to bring back old steemians because they come as train community members. Not all of them are powerhouses like Stella, but they come ready to jump right back in.

Nathan’s been one of those people really pushing promotion. We need that.

What if 50% of our collective effort as a community went towards promotion of hive in a non-spammy way? Then the other half goes into making this a fun and dynamic place with great posts and communities?

I think that’s what we need. You can be on team promote or team content but I think it’s great if we can do both. Rather than just connect with Hivesters on Twitter, I hope many of us can grow our presence on traditional social media and use what we learned here to engage with new people. Then slowly we bring them over. Leaving comments all over YouTube that are real responses but with a quick mention of hive is also really helpful!

I’m personally building a Facebook group for sharing positive thoughts about the present and future and will later use it to promote some hive posts.

Back to my original point for writing this post....I feel energized and connected after reading these few posts. I was careful to choose the posts that would bring me up or get me more in the zone for having a productive day. This is important! As much as I appreciate people who expose issues and scandals and whatnot, those are not for when you wake up in the morning!

It’s also nice to engage with a specific community. yestwrday I realized how many people I know over at Leo Finance. I have great respect for them, along with Natural Medicine, I feel they are the two communities who have really killed it here as far as integrating community with the blockchain. They are doing everything right, and along with abundance tribe and eco train are my biggest inspirations for how to grow our Cross Culture community

Now I feel motivated to work a bit on the Hive Cross Culture Community today, and hopefully to make a new vlog and to keep doing my best in everything BF else!

Hope this post was worth the read, my whole point for writing it was to show you how I use hive as a source of inspiration and energy and how I am trying to integrate it more into the flow of my day so I don’t feel it comes at odds with my other work! Getting better and better at it!

Oh! And I’m gonna use leofinance front end asap @trumpman. Thanks
