My Introduction - Nessa - Cryptocurrency/ICO Enthusiast and Investor!

Hi all!

My name is Nessa, and I know from the title that you might sigh and say 'not another one of these guys' - but hold on a sec! I promise I'm unique!

First, a bit of background on me, with regards to something which I hold very close to my heart - CHESS ! I am avid chess player. I have represented my country on various occasions around the globe, in places like Russia, India, Dubai, Zambia, and more.

One thing that I have learnt from the game is that in order to have foresight, you have to understand your current position on the board - and the best way to do that is to have prepared beforehand. Something that isn't quite commonly known is that 50% of chess is preparation - research that was done before the game, before you reach the board and shake the opposition's hand. Analysis is done on previous games played, and the concepts you learn after stripping apart previous matches is what gets applied on the board.

Here is how my backing in chess has helped me view the wonderful world of cryptocurrencies:

My take on cryptocurrencies in general is that they are the mark of a financial revolution. This concept in itself isn't new at all, but most will blindly try and grasp into predictions, based on faith and speculation alone, without comparison to events which have occurred in the past. Chess has taught me that if you try this approach, 90% of the time, you end up with the adverse result to what you were hoping for.

I love comparing ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings - don't worry if you don't understand what this is yet, I'll be making plenty of articles describing the wonders of ICOs soon enough!) and cryptocurrencies to past advancements in a niche or market.

I strongly believe in basing predictions into the future, and the potential value of assets, on lessons and trends we can learn and observe from the past. For one thing is certain, the past always repeats itself!!

These are extremely exciting times. We are moving into a new financial era, and I'd love to take you along the journey and give you the magnificent view of what lies ahead.
