Photochain is a photography challenge I have started for the last 7 weeks. It's a weekly photography contest that follows chain-rules. Every week, 2 key-subjects are chosen; every participant should submit a photo with the 2 key-subjects and another subject at his/her choice. At the end of the edition, 2 winners are chosen and everyone receives the prize. In the next edition, the 2 key-subjects are the key-subject chosen by the winners of the previous week.

At the moment the prize is a very little amount and not liquid. I would like to collect some funds with which I will reward better each participant. I hope this increases the coming of new joined.

This is the fundamental mechanism, but not the only. More of the for fun objective, I have an educative goal. With the Challenge, I would like to recreate in a creative mode the blockchain functioning. How? With the Blocks.

Every 4 editions of the contest, I create a post, the Block. The post contains the 8 winners of the previous weeks and the respective photo. Like in the blockchain, where every miner is rewarded with a liquid prize, I set up every participant as a beneficiary in the post payout settings. So, every one of them receives an award for their own work, a part in the post value (actually set at 12%).

I ask help to Fundition to can collect some funds to increase the prize of the weekly edition and above all the block. My goal would be to recreate other basic blockchain dynamics in the future but now I carry out this project with my very limited funds and I couldn't recreate these.
