Tracking and Growth

I think for this post we will start of with a chart from Asher. He has been nice and started to offer our curation chart. Pretty steady through the first 8 months of the year, then the HF's, and a pretty decent rise in curation. Vote value for me through out the year has been pretty consistent hovering at just about the 0.013 level for a 100% up vote from me. Hopefully the price of Steem turns around and that vote value will increase over time, so far my SP growth is keeping up with that price level.

November was a very nice month for me, I got several post that received a bit of attention, and that really really helped. For the Month my Total SP increased by 212.652. That is all earnings and conversions of steem engine tokens, and gifts and prizes received for the month. That is by far and away the largest increase I have ever had, I think it even beats the time I was selling all my Steem Monster Cards. I am now less than 80 SP away from my year end goal.

A little bit better than October, I got 11 post out. I was pretty happy with some of the rewards seen, and they really helped get me pretty close to my 2500 SP goal. I hope I can continue the trend in posting throughout December. This is a busy month for a lot of people, myself included, but we should have plenty of snow days for me to sit on my ass making post, if I can pull myself away from games.

I know some people are concerned with the price of Steem, and that seems to be effecting the number of post being put out by the bloggers, but that is kind of good news for just the social hack posters like myself. I think that is why I got a few extra rewards in November, so post away people, share a part of your day or week.

Comments:

I seem to have slipped down a bit on the comment side of things, (again), that is part of the reason why I like the Curation League, and doing this Monthly Progress report. It reminds me to not forget to leave a comment every now and then on post I like. I like leaving comments on post, I get in a hurry some times and by-pas that process, but comments are important especially for the social style postings. If people are going to take the time to share a slice of their life the least I can do if I found the post enjoyable is to leave a comment. For many the comments are more important than the vote. I will try and do a little bit better in December.

Votes/Self-Votes:

Still have not made my mind up yet about the self votes, so still at zero in that regard. I am just a social poster, not a blogger, if I was running a blog, and doing a daily weekly or monthly type thing to share information with a lot of people, then I would likely do a self vote but am not sure. There are a lot of people that feel if you do not value your own blog then why would others mentality out there, so it is a hard call and choice to make. I just am glad I do not need to face that issue.

So I did pretty good with voting in November, I managed to get 980 votes out. Some of that was a decrease on the 100% votes cast due to those I follow and give those to did not do a lot of posting, so I do not mind giving those out at all. My 50% recipients were also posting less, so a few at 25%, and a lot at 33/35% in the last two weeks of the month. It was getting hard and time consuming to find content I enjoy to vote on, so I really do hope December picks up on posting frequency for a few people, but with it being deep into the holiday time frame I am thinking it wont. Will just have to wait and see. I did find a few genuine looking new users to vote on slowly going through the created feed, and I have found some other long time steemians in the Hot feed to vote on this last month.

On steemworld.org under the Curation Rewards tab for this week: Avg. Efficiency | 44.59 % Weighted Avg. | 46.28 % I almost forgot to include that. Weighted average and Average Efficiency for the week were down compared to the last week in October, still two weeks don't really make a trend so will try to continue with this addendum on the next few post.

Aprox SP Earned:

On last months post I was thinking I was going to be just a bit shy of my goal to reach 2500 SP by years end, November has added much need optimism about reaching the goal. In September and October, my monthly average SP earned was 84, so even though I am pretty sure I wont have a banner month like November was, even if slid back to the two prior months averages I will still make my goal. Hopefully I won't have a complete bust of trends and fall way off the mark.

Conclusion:

No real conclusions on November, extremely happy about the amount of received votes and SP. From October's Report: > My SP on 10-2-19 was 2,118.167 SP today 2208.01 a growth of 89.843. We will see what it ends up at for the end of the year. I would like it to be 2500 SP, but closer to 2400 is what it will likely be.

On November 5th, I had 2208.01 SP, today 2420.662 a growth of 212.652 SP, that to me is simply amazing.
