Some people don't like Chick-fil-A because of the religious views of the business owners themselves and for that reason the controversy has previously caused them to be denied the opportunity to set up their venue in certain areas.

For example, the San Antonio International Airport previously denied their efforts to open up a store there.

But now, they've won the fight and they are going to be offered a lease at that international airport.

This is one of the most popular restaurant chains in the entire country, despite being closed on Sunday. They see billions in business and they are loved by many, with line-ups usually several cars in length no matter what time you frequent a local store.

According to the Texas AG, Chick-fil-A is going to be offered a spot there at the airport, if they still want it, which sets a precedent for other cities as well that might try to ban certain businesses from opening up over their religious views that founders might hold.

An investigation was launched after the San Antonio City Council denied the opportunity for Chick-fil-A to become a part of the airport restaurant scene.

And now this is the result of that investigation. The AG affirmed that this was a violation of first amendment rights and Chick-fil-A should have the right to open up their business in that region if they choose to.

They should have an equal opportunity, just as anyone else applying, especially seeing as they are a well performing business and the airport would be lucky to have them because they are a market favorite with millions.
