In this market though I'd agree with you that it's definitely a USD driven move, but as a purely technical trader I don't really care either way.

To be honest, I haven't done a whole lot outside the majors lately. I've never had a whole lot of success trading crosses, especially the Aussie pairs. I just find that the USD pairs have cleaner price action.
