How are you feeling? Are you freaking out? Are you trying to stay cool under the circumstances? How are you handling life these days? How is the outside world influencing your mood and overall health? Where are your thoughts? Are they worrying about the Future?

If so, is this helping you at all? Probably not.

So why don''t you, instead, try to:

BE HERE NOW

It's not that hard, just take a deep breath in and then breath out slowly or let out a sigh if you feel like it, if it makes you feel better.

This is a follow up to I Feel We can All use some More Mindfulness These Days

To get back to the aforementioned...

If you're into cryptocurrency and you're a news addict ( as are many of us these days ), you probably won't feel too good right now. It's hard to ignore the media.

You might feel okay though - or perhaps even pretty good - if you have some cards up your sleeve to feel better instantly.

While listening to 90s Eurodance - one of my guilty pleasures - and drinking a ginger tea with cinnamon after just having enjoyed my first coffee in 6 days, I decided to check the crypto markets and saw this:

To be honest, it doesn't surprise me, nor does it scare me.

In the recent past, dips like these would have freaked me out ( FYI - almost all of my money is into cryptocurrency, although I'm working on some extra sources of passive income ).

I'm not even gonna explain why all of this is happening. Unless you have been living under a rock or haven't gotten out of Winter hibernation yet, you will know.

Here's an overview of the top 10 of cryptocurrencies. In the red, you see the change in the last 24 hours:

Anyhow, it isn't my intention to make you feel worse. If you're a sensitive person like me, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or anxious. In that case, you might want to try to avoid the markets and the news.

If you're up for a challenge though, or if avoiding the markets just doesn't cut it, you might want to find a way to be able to deal with all this ( and perhaps even with the news ), without feeling bad or overwhelmed.

You might wanna look at the clouds and change your perspective

A Time to Be More Mindful

Mindfulness and meditation sure help with dealing with feelings of fear, anxiety, doubt, uncertainty and other so called 'negative' emotions.

These days I'm starting to pick the fruits of my daily meditation habit.

For several reasons, one of them having to do with this Dating in Times of Corona, I am feeling pretty good these days, even though the world seems to be going insane slowly.

If I focus on the now, all is well.

If you focus on the now, all is well.

There's no reason to panic or to feel bad, unless you check the news. And even then, it helps to place things in perspective, to not just believe everything that we read and hear.

Sure, it isn't a bad thing to take some precautions but succumbing to fear and negativity isn't helpful at all.

All is well, in the now.

Worries and uncertainty have to do with thinking about / focusing on the past or future.

Keep breathing. Keep doing the things you love. Focus on the small things that make you happy and that are everywhere around you.

It's not the end of the world.

P.S. If you're a crypto investor, I would advise you to keep accumulating and to buy the dip ( but that's just my personal opinion ), buy some bitcoin and some Steem too.

P.P.S. Just make sure to not buy into the dip of negativity that the news keeps feeding us. It's fear that enslaves and cripples us, it's what the government uses to control us and to make us play by their rules. Society doesn't aim to make you happy. Happy people are a 'problem'. Unhappy people are easy to control.

Trust me when I say that all is well or at least way better than it might seem at the moment!
Mindful Life is a space within Natural Medicine whose aims are to unite meditators across the Steem blockchain so that we can share and strengthen our own practices. We aim to provide a space to discuss the philosophy, science and practical application of such practices in our lives, to inspire and motivate each other, and to provide support if we might be struggling, connecting with like minded people who might offer solutions.

If you're craving for more mindfulness, more Zen and you're interested in trying your hands on a group meditation, hosted by @bewithbreath , make sure to read the following post:
