I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

The plan was to join a hot yoga session around1 8:15 but a friend called a couple days back asking to play some tennis. It has been a while since I have been on the tennis court so I actually looked forward to it. We ended up playing over 2 hours in a mild sun and it wa quite enjoyable. I do look forward to the next indoor tennis season where I once again will play every week on thursday with my tennis friends group. If anything I do prefer playing indoor purely tennis wise because there are just far less variables. (Wind / weather / court / ...)

I have kept track of a lot of personal statistics between day 400 and 500 and I'll start to roll out some of them. Today I'll look at my expenses and income. I am pretty much building up my bankroll / Crypto portfolio again and part of that is living rather minimalistic. I've somehow enjoyed saving money more over spending it so it's not that hard to cut down a bit in times like this.

  • Total 100 Days Expenses: I always put the money of my general cost of living (electricity, gas, water, internet, insurance, taxes, ...) aside at the start of the year so I don't have to think about those anymore. Most of my other costs come from Food, Fun, Gas, ...). The last 100 days I have spend around 1160€ with the majority of that being on Food and Gas. I didn't really push it though and I could easily live off 10€ a day if I wanted/had to.

  • Total 100 Day Income: I wouldn't call exactly an income, but more a bankroll increase / decrease This comes from various sources. The most stable being the rent I collect from and appartment I bought a couple years back (No loan or dept) which adds up to 520€ a month after the costs it comes with. I also have some crypto that goes up and down which I do expect to grow over time. I do earn a bit steem and SCR from my activity on those platforms but they have been rather neglectable given the current alltime low prices and use some BTC bookmakers (Sportsbet.io & Nitrogensports ) to try and increase my BTC holdings. I also get a little bit of affiliate earnings from different platfroms but this is also neglectable still. Than there is my personal everyday betting activity which was quite the struggle the last 100 days but I do expect profit out of it in general. All these added up to around 14500€ which is quite reasonable. The increase in BTC certainly helped even though I'm still way too heavy into altcoins.

So overall financially I earned a bit more than I spend but it pretty much all goes to increasing my bankroll again and I'm not planning on sending any of it on things I don't need.

Today I plan on doing some real reps for the first time since long and slowly make it back into a daily habit.

This post will be upvoted by some upvote bots after 24 hours which should give everyone who showed support some extra curation rewards! This is the best way for me to convert all earned SBD into more Steem Power so I can continue to increase the support I'm able to give back on Steemit over time! Thanks !
