SWARMING BEES, MOVING INTO A HIVE, FINALLY!!!

Hey everyone, what a fantastic sign of the honey flow season finally beginning. Bees do not swarm unless there is an abundance of nectar. We noticed the 'scouts' very active outside our strategically placed 'catcher boxes' and just knew this would happen sometime in the next few hours and ALAS it did!

We plan to rescue the bees in the Wine Barrel in the next few days just waiting for the rain to abate, be sure to stay tuned for that coming soonest.
