Everyones talking about it so why not repeat it myself for the 500th time.
Massive gains today... 300%, was it? or close to that. So much gains... lol

But no, seriously, it is nice to see STEEM in the green after so much time. Feels like it has been at least a year.

We still have problems with low daily volumes but that will probably change if we fork in the 4 week powerdown. (Id prefer 1 week, but 4 weeks is decent enough) The thing about the powerdown now is that those that believe in Steem have to make a choice. They either power up and leave the SP be or they trade and keep it liquid.

Long powerdown times mean that those that believe in STEEM do not partake in building up trading volume to any significant degree and those people are exactly the ones that would apply upward pressure on the price.

I would still avoid trading since its the best way to lose money but some people like to gamble, what can i say.

Although 4 weeks might not be short enough to make a massive difference as much as 1 week would, the increased STEEM mobility between SP and exchanges im sure would have a noticeable effect on the volume.

Until then its a waiting game. Id say that we need the price around 40-50 cents for people to start returning in droves. All those that simply faded away once time invested in short term didnt justify their gains.

At the end of the day most "dont really" believe in STEEM, but what they do believe in is the $. Its up on the rest of us to figure out how we can take the most advantage of those people.

Love seeing the initiatives Dan and Acid are doing and the palpable push into cryptotwitter , even though im too lazy sometimes to participate thats the way you get people to work for you. :D

Been doing some tweetering myself these last 2 months.. ;)

Initiatives like #posh and what Dan comes up with are really the only way to go now...

Hey, you want that sweet STEEM? Ill put you to work so i too get something out of it.

Thats the path to take and its unfortunate we didnt start doing it sooner. When the price was right everyone was focused inward and on their small groups. Well, better late then never.

Time to spread out like apostles to all corners and preach... ill be the grumpy one. (wait no, those were the 7 dwarfs im thinking of, nvm.)

Ill see you around. ;)
