Every time I get on here to make a post I think about how long I want the post to be. All of the different pictures and videos that I could use for click bait. Then I gather my thoughts to see that words speak more power than pictures and videos. Pictures and videos are only worth words. So here I am just writing about a few things and many different topics for each one of my posts. You can read what paragraph you want and skim the rest.

Holybread still gathers some of my attention. I plan to use my next steem power down to purchase premium status from them. That would allow me to be more active and get enough Bread to get my third hero. I need a new hero because I am not able to ascend the ranks any higher than 150s without the third wheel. The game is simple and only requires a few clicks here and there to get some tokens rolling. I plan to use some of the almost 2 million breadcrumbs I have in the steem-engine to practice some trading. Breadcrumbs are used to repair gear currently but I have more than enough. Perhaps I could use some breadcrumbs to get some more hive.

Over the weekend I played family IT guy again. I connected a plug and play sound bar, looked for security warnings preventing photos from appearing, and disabled an advertising program that was imbedded in the phone OS. After all of that we had some breakfast and enjoyed the company of our elders. I was able to trade for some nickels that were all rolled up. Inside of the five rolls of 40 nickels each I was able to locate a 1939 Jeffersonian Nickel that I was able to value at about $3.60 USD. Once again I was not able to locate a silver nickel.

Some of my precious metal ETF shares gave up a couple of dollars in value over the weekend. They looked overbought to be last week and I wanted to take some profit but set my sell order to high. At least their value is still over my entrance value. I didn't want to risk the loss in selling some shares too low and then missing a new upward move. Eventually, I will gain in skill to the point where I can be consistently confident in my risk management.

I took the family for a hike inside of a metro park near our house. The metro park is managed by a private farm that manages the gardens and so on. Even though there was a large amount of space on the paths and so forth signs were still in place telling people to maintain the six foot rule. There were also signs in place to create a one way path through the gardens. There were a lot of older people out walking around and they looked very fearful and stood still when we got close. My son pictured in my profile pic is almost four years old now. He is very friendly and loves to meet new people. He was very confused and non compliant as usual. I love using nature to teach him lessons. After our hike I bought carry out for my parents. They do so much for our family that I enjoyed being able to pick up some awesome food for them. We enjoyed it very much and the socialization that took place.

Today will be a good day to get some rock and top soil for the yard. I will be able to pay my neighbor and the kids to help shovel it. I am feeling like a real manager now. Just standing there and making sure that things are done correctly. I am more hands on. I am sure I will get my hands dirty. This period of reflection and backwardness has allowed me to selectively support local businesses that do a good job and/or provide sustainable services.

I received a hard hit some days ago in steemnova. I lost almost 8.5 million points. I have developed a new technique to help me fleet save. I found out that an alliance member of mine might be the first player able to build battle fortress. I can send him some resources and he will build them and send me the ships. I am saving some resources in order to get at least a couple of these ships to supplement my fleet. I hope to get my fleet large enough so that these whales can't just clean up my fleet without losses.

I have not logged into drugwars in a long time. They have started using a new authentication client called steemlogin. I do not feel completely comfortable entering my key into a program that I have not heard of before. This dapp is always making changes and doing things unorthodox. I enjoy doing things differently but want to make sure that I understand and feel confident in my decision. I wonder if anyone else in the community knows about steemlogin?

I see a great many cool things going on in the Dash news lately. I am happy that they are continuing to build mass adoption with new tools and a fast stable chain to convert value all over the world. Many other projects/chains duplicate what Dash does first. I hope to buy some Dash on ionomy in the near future.

The price fell out on the bottom of a barrel of oil last night. The price dropped below 15 dollars a barrel. I am planning to get a 55gallon drum in order to rotate some fuel through during cheap times and to plan my purchases farther into the future. I will keep some fuel treatment in order to keep the fuel good for a long period of time. I don't plan to store fuel but just rotate through fuel. I will keep adding to my storage during easy times and then when the price goes up I will refuse to purchase fuel for as long as I can stand it to keep my demand balanced. The energy bean counters will find it harder to manipulate the market if they are only able to see a stable demand curve instead of peaks and valleys when they make moves in the market. Any barrel should do because I will just have to turn the barrel on its side and put a nozzle on the bottom. There are usually two holes on the top of the barrel. I will be able to install a funnel into the top hole and then as long as I keep the barrel only 80% or so full it will not spill.

Over the weekend my son was looking up values on some very old Magic The Gathering cards I started collecting in highschool. I started high school in 1996. Fourth edition was just printed/released. He thought that I had an Alpha Birds of Paradise. He had me thinking I had a 3500 dollar top selling card. My oldest child did not look at how to tell the different editions apart. He was looking at a 10 dollar card and telling me it was an Alpha edition. Talk about a bubble popping. At least he was able to show us how some of the cards are trading at an all time high. I will likely sell some of the cards locally for cash and get some gold/silver with the proceeds. If the gold/silver is not readily available then I'll be adding to my crypto holdings.

Now is the time for me to eat some oats. I have found that garlic and pepper makes a bowl of oat meal palatable without sugar. A large canister of oats will last me for over one month. Add that flavor to my Tuna Noodle Ramen salad concoction and I can eat for a long time before I have to open any Moringa Oleifera powder. I have bone broth and other protein powders and products stored up. My family will have plenty to eat as more and more supply chains break down. We will see if the global economy can recover as quickly as people hope. Have a great week everyone! Look at the move on hive/steem today. Today would be a good day to make a swap. Hive is on major support level.
