There are a lot of changes coming to the Steem ecosystem. A lot of people feel that a lot of the changes will be negatives for most people. It can be easy to get discouraged about the direction that things are heading. There are so many reasons to be discouraged about many things in life, but that's a slippery slope.

In order to stay sane, it's important to remember to be thankful. I've written about that before, but thankfulness can be a healing salve on even the most painful of wounds. When we remember the good things, it makes the hard things seem smaller. When it comes to Steem, the thing that I'm most thankful for is the same as it is for many here: the people.

There are a lot of awesome people who contribute to many different categories and topics. There are people from many different walks of life with various backgrounds and educations. Still, we all get to interact in this Steem-verse and work to make it a better place through our interactions. Even if we can't write the code or approve the changes that get hard forked, we can still continue to write and engage with each other.

Don't get too discouraged. I know I get down about things sometimes too, but it's going to be ok. Even if we stop getting rewards, we can still enjoy the view.

What are you enjoying most right now?
