Well said @metzli, US has already seen how fragile is its economy, but how they keep it intact by controlling world's economy using various tactics, we all know about it.

If the default happens this time, many nations will shun the USD and move to new currencies, like Turkiye is paying in ruble to buy goods from Russia. World is changing.
