A coin mixer is software that makes cryptocurrency transactions like Bitcoin untraceable and anonymous.

This is achieved by taking one transaction, mixing it up with others, and then sending it back to the owner from different addresses. The wallet will also receive varying amounts to further mask what is taking place.
