Till then keep building with some planned goals.

Frankly speaking , I did not any goal for building SL , I just played and never sold my cards earned and bought.

But as you read hoosie comment above, it is feasible by adding Author income + curation income + Play 2 earn income.

This is one of reason that I currently chasing HP and selected tribe token goals and start generating curation income.
