I can see the issues as you describe them. A truly decentralized, distributed network would not serve well the purposes of centralized companies,. they would want to have centralized control and efficiency of the blockchain. Microsoft showed them this is possible with their Azure network built on Ethereum.That will be I think one of the paths of least resistance onboarding centralized companies. I agree that there will be a learning curve for these companies and they will make some mistales as they learn the pitfalls of blockchain security.
