Todos sabem que investir dinheiro em criptomoedas é algo arriscado e o risco pode ser ainda maior quando falamos de NFTs. Pensando nisso resolvi compartilhar dois parâmetros que eu utilizo para basear minhas decisões sobre comprar/alugar cartas no Splinterlands com o objetivo de otimizar os gastos e alcançar o melhor resultado possível gastando o mínimo. Estes dois fatores são:
O primeiro passo é analisar suas necessidades de acordo com a Liga que você joga. Existem duas tabelas importantes referente ao level das cartas que você utiliza, sendo uma abordando o level máximo das cartas em cada liga e a outra sobre o level mínimo para garantir 100% de ganho nas partidas.

Portanto se você joga na Liga Prata não é necessário que todas as suas cartas comuns sejam do level 5, o level 3 já seria suficiente avaliando esse primeiro aspecto, mas há outro ponto relevante que você deve considerar para tomar a decisão final sobre em que level alugar/comprar suas cartas.
Após entender essa tabela você deverá começar a analisar cada carta que você deseja alugar/comprar individualmente e calcular qual o melhor custo-benefício para adquirí-la. Vamos ver alguns exemplos:
Se o desejo do jogador realmente for comprar a carta ele precisaria pagar um pouco mais que o dobro no valor em troca de +1 de dano. Este é um investimento que vale a pena considerando o potencial que esse dano extra terá nas partidas do jogador.
Mas caso seu desejo seja apenas alugar a situação se torna ainda mais positiva pois é possível alugar o Pelacor Bandit por praticamente o mesmo valor no level 4. Considerando isso cabe ao jogador decidir se quer pagar barato alugando a carta ou já comprá-la considerando o custo maior em troca do dano extra.
Agora vamos avaliar outro caso em que a situação é inversa.
Apesar de ter 1 de dano a menos a versão level 3 está custando $ 29,46 enquanto a carta no level 5 custa $ 111,26. Realmente vale a pena pagar mais de $ 80,00 por apenas 1 de dano extra? Avaliando que no level 3 o Defender of Truth já possui a habilidade que o jogador gostaria e que também proporciona o máximo de recompensas da liga ele pode se contentar em adquirí-la no level 3 e utilizar o saldo restante para investir em outras várias cartas que complementarão sua coleção.
Realizar essas analises permite que o investidor tome as melhores decisões entre alugar ou comprar e em qual level deve fazê-lo. Se você não faz essas considerações ao decidir sobre uma nova aquisição eu lhe convido a experimentar pois tenho certeza que otimizará bastante os seus próximos gastos no Splinterlands. Compare todas as possibilidades considere o custo-benefício das suas opções optando sempre pela que lhe deixar mais confortável financeiramente e que atenda às suas necessidades dentro do jogo. Fazendo isso ao longo do tempo você perceberá sua coleção crescendo de maneira sustentável!

The first step is to analyze your requirements according to the League you play in. There are two important tables regarding the level cards you use, one being about the maximum level of the cards in each league and other about the minimum level to guarantee 100% earnings in battles.

So if you play in Silver League it is not necessary that all your common cards are level 5, level 3 would be enough evaluating this first aspect, but there is another relevant point that you must consider to make the final decision on which level to rent/buy your cards.
After understanding this table you should start to analyze each card you want to rent/buy individually and calculate what is the best cost-benefit to acquire it. Let's look at some examples:
If the player really wants to buy the card, he would need to pay a little more than double in value in exchange for the +1 damage. This is a worthwhile investment considering the potential that this extra damage will have on the player's matches.
But if your desire is just to rent the situation becomes even more positive as it is possible to rent the Pelacor Bandit for practically the same value at level 4. Considering this it is up to the player to decide if they want to pay cheaply by renting the card or already buy it considering the higher cost in exchange for the extra damage.
Now let's evaluate another case where the situation is reversed.
Despite having 1 less damage the level 3 version is costing $29.46 while the card at level 5 costs $111.26. Is it really worth paying more than $80.00 for just 1 extra damage? Considering that at level 3 the Defender of Truth already has the ability that the player would like and that it also provides the maximum rewards from the league, the player can be content to buy it at level 3 and use the remaining balance to invest in several other cards that will complement his collection.
Performing this analysis allows the investor to make the best decision between renting or buying, and at which level to do so. If you don't make these considerations when deciding on a new acquisition I invite you to give it a try as I am sure it will greatly optimize your upcoming spending on Splinterlands. In summary, always consider the following points:
Compare all the possibilities and consider the cost-benefits of your options, always choosing the one that you are most comfortable with financially and that meets your needs in the game. By doing this over time you will notice your collection growing in a sustainable way!
