@jennivic :

My first Hack is: find a chair and talk or yell at it. The truth is that this helps me a lot, because sometimes you feel very helpless in many cases for something that happened to you or for something that you could not say at the time. I personally believe that this is an incredible technique to get out all the repressed emotions, mostly emotions of stress, anger, impotence and that makes you feel more relieved at the end and you can move on as you should.

@belena2128 :

Something I learned from my mother-in-law in time management in the kitchen, is to classify food by day, for example, have chicken, meat, fish, seasonings and other minced food that will be used during the week, in the refrigerator just take out and let it defrost and cook, while the rest of the food will be cooked.

@deisip67 :

Planning gave me clarity and focus, which translated into increased productivity and efficiency. I learned to prioritize and better manage my time, which allowed me to balance my personal and professional life more effectively.

@deraaa :

The water thing, I felt would need me to take the same step. So, I talked to a friend about it and he was kind enough to provide the resources to make it happen. There are boys (people in worse situations than me) that would walk all those minutes, pushing a barrow filled with five to six gallons of water just to make some money to eat. You gotta love my country!

Then, you want to vote for your favorite author on this poll:

Who triumphs is ultimately decided by the Hive group. The four authors are listed above. The Poll ends on Sunday at 23:59 PST. On Monday, @weeklytops will announce every winner in a reader's digest, and we will begin the Twitter Marketing weekly campaign.
