The reason I like to use momentum is that it helps you to effectively use your capital. Take CCL as an example, a lot of people like to buy value but when there is no stop loss, which mean you are playing a high reward strategy that you need to make % of probability in order to grow your portfolio. While it is still a very feasible strategy, it just not places your capital to something more efficient. QQQ, as an example, has already within the historical high zone. Remember, opportunity is unlimited, your capital is.
