It's time to announce the winner of the Fallen Specter but first lets go over how the winner was drawn. There was a total of 308 Raffle tickets earned by 70 participants. Ticket numbers given are in sequence in which you are listed below multiplied by the number of raffle tickets you accumulated.

Ex. The first name listed below is @johndoer123 and he earned two raffle tickets so he owns Raffle ticket one and two. The next name on the list below is @chadmichaellibby with four raffle tickets so they own raffle tickets 3-4-5 and 6 and so on and so forth down the list of names.

I will be using This Random Number Generator to pick a number and the number it picks will be the winning raffle number.
