How it feels to be the manager for the team you were playing before?

It's really amazing, may be the pick achievement of life for anyone who loves football. But at a strange movement Xavi says no to the team management.

The former Spain midfielder of Barca, Xavi is now assosiated with team Al Sadd's as the manager after he quite his playing career the Qatari club in May. Xavi has made more than 750 appearances for Barcelona in the year between 1998 and 2015, as a mid fielder, also a very competitive and successful player.

Though he feels its his dream to coach the team Barcelona, still its very early for him to accept the job at top level.

I feel he is right doing so and needs time to gain experience before taking the step.
