Does anybody know what is going on with the witnesslist?

It looks like somebody decided to take over the witness rankings. The account Alex20 did create a lot of accounts. Almost all of these accounts are now in the top 20 of the witnesses. The account itself was created by Blocktrades.

In combination with all of this, the misterdelegation account did withdraw all it's delegated Steem to the projects it was supporting.

On top of that, 2.5M Steem was send to the exchanges.

Also all the top 25 steem witnesses are now running a different version that our normal top 20. V0.22.5 in stead of 0.22.2

Strange things are going on. The dev365 has been set as proxy by minster delegation. This dev265 voted on all of these witnesses. Is Sun taking over again?

Any ideas?
