I Like Frankensteem So Far

I was more than happy to wake up to another coin in my steem engine wallet today. By now, being the hip up on that steemians you are I'm positive I don't need to tell you what Leo community is all about.

I am going to admit my first thought after digging around to discover that Leo is focused on investment/crypto content, was to dump my drop 💩. Not for any other reason than I'm a bit overwhelmed by the onslaught of tribes, tokens, hardforks, and essentially what is absolutely neosteem.

More on that beast later. See even my thoughts are scattered.

Back to ♌ Leo, to say I'm a newb to the world of investing anything, especially crypto would be giving me far too much clout. While it seems counter-intuitive to boast about my inadequacies I might have a somewhat uniquely qualified position here in my naivety and willingness to offer something unforeseen to the investment community.

Just yesterday, for the first time, I was able to finally navigate a wallet and send some steem off to figure out what to do with my teeny tiny investment later. For me this was a milestone and the dollar value pales in comparison to the power I felt. There is some ineffable exhilaration I felt that I'm sure you seasoned crypto professionals are accustomed to when making your moves.

The powerful feelings came as I realized I had circumvented the man and now have my Lil lions paw in the door. What's more is that steem was the gateway. That's a big league move for a player that wasn't sure what a blockchain was 9 months ago. Living 10,000 miles from my banks and in the process of of a very bureaucratic visa process the regulatory hounds had blocked me at every entrance to crypto.

The whole border-less anonymous thing isn't a thing until you get started. With my steem I didn't need to scan any bank cards, passports, or all that globalisation BS.

And so here I am entirely lacking in any experience and that is exactly why I'm posting this on Leo as I'm sure I'm not the only Normie out there that's looking to grow and share with this this community. Maybe I can be the idiots guide guy, and I look forward to offering up some of the juicy investments I have been researching for months on end.

its alive Though we might have a bit of a disjointed, scar tissue, sinew showing monster on the chain I'm actually excited to see anything with a pulse. I'm happy that steem connect beta blew it for me again today, and that as a mobile only user I can't utilise key chain, and because there is no mobile key chain there is no mobile steem engine. There's definitely plenty of shit to work on and it takes a village, including the village idiot (me)

Side note I did all this on busy which keeps warning me it's not saving a draft, also I've been at work which has been a nightmare today. All I want is a damn burger,cold beers, and silence. I'm celebrating independence abroad and will be thoroughly wasted in a few hours I hope. Hence my rush to crank this out while sober..cheers
