Customers are the reason why the business continue on operation. They are valuable on someone's business. It's true that without customer no one will support our products. The store's or even bank will fall if they can't have many customers. That's why maximum tolerance is very important for business owners or crews. Lot of costumer service seminars were being held. But no matter how many seminars were taken, human will always be human. They have emotions that sometimes it couldn't be controlled.

Most of the complaint was blamed to the crew's because of poor customer service. It's true, we can't deny that but we can't also deny that there were those customers who act's stupid even though the crew's were doing good. Let's not be one sided on this situation because there are those people who are such a jerk.

Like one of those happened during the time I worked as a security guard in my younger day's. I told the customer that checking bag was one of security measures in the establishment. That kind of security was to make sure the customers were safe and so we were. I approached them with a low tone voice and kind words. But still they were mad because was I suspected them that will bring things that can harm the people. Well, that's stupid words came from that customer. It's true that they're being delayed or such a hassled for them. They don't have the right to be mad because I explained it from the first place. Then after I made a commotion I was called at the office then I was told that always do not answer trigger the customer to be mad. Instead always think's that "customer is always right." HOW ABSURD!!

We have the right to answer them if we are in the correct. Remember, we are all human and prone of emotions if we're being look down too much. We are working to earn money, not working to be looked down. Even though we are workers who relied on the money of the customer, it doesn't mean we will eat our pride all the time. We have knowledge to answer them, we all have the right to. No one is inferior in this world, don't make me laugh.

We should be blame if we don't do it in a decent way or professional way. But when we do the right way but still being mocked. The hell of that customer service. It's being part of our instinct to protect ourselves in the time we feel danger. It's the same in dealing with customers. Why we must not argue if we're being belittle despite from our good action.

That's why, hey... CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. It depends on the situation you're being into it. Good customer will be treated good and bad customer will be treated bad. Are you familiar with that proverbs, "what you'll plant is what you'll harvest." Don't tell me when you plant a sweet mango tree it will bear a fruit if sour lemon. Check your actions first before blaming other people, it's obvious right?
