There was a conversation between Justin Sun and representatives of the community. It was organized by @elipowell. You can listen to it here.

The Witnesses made it clear that they want to see the future of the chain in the hands of the community and not of single players. They are also interested in an outcome that brings profit for all contributors. Of the 37 participants in the conversation, several only wanted to listen, while others presented their positions. One point that was still demanded by the Witnesses was the correction of the Witnesse's designation as a hacker.

The representatives of Tron then took the floor. They wanted to be neutral, but reacted because their stake was frozen. But there are problems on both sides, and he has documents confirming that the stake was acquired legally. If the widows have had dealings with Ned about the stake, they should contact him and not Justin Sun.

Afterwards, the Witnesses wanted to know how he saw the Stake Blockchain.

To this Justin Sun replied that one had to know him. He is a businessman who wants to make money. For this he wants to improve Steem and earn money with it, so there is the possibility to sell the Stake at a later time.

The Witnesses wanted to know if they knew about the agreements between the community and Steemit Inc.

Justin Sun sees it as buying a start-up. It is no longer the Ninja Stake, it is now a normal Stake.

Afterwards the Witnesses explained who they are. Volunteers elected by the community, many of whom cannot do the job full time. In addition, the idea of a powerdown of 1-3 days was criticized and described as dangerous.

Justin Sun explained that he only wanted to reduce the powerdown to 1-3 days for stock exchanges.

Afterwards, the widnesse wanted to know when the stack would be sold.

Justin Sun still wants to work through the published roadmap.

It was asked whether this was a plan for years or months.

Justin Sun makes it dependent on the community, the more cooperative we are, the longer he stays. In the beginning he wanted to stay in the project for a few years, but now only as long as necessary. At least there is an option in the room to sell parts of the stack in a few months.

Afterwards, they wanted to know his position on not using the stake for votes or witness-votes. It was also explained that the stake was not bought regularly on the market. Furthermore, many investors were brought on board by the promises of Steemit Inc.

Justin Sun doesn't want to do anything, but there are no contracts that say that these promises were made. These are problems that they had with Ned.

Subsequently, the Witnesses explain that the softfork was done out of insecurity. They didn't know what he was gonna do or if he was gonna go for the deal like Ned. Hence the temporary softfork.

Justin Sun is happy that the interview is taking place.

Afterwards a developer said that everything sounds like Justin Sun was scanned by Ned. Afterwards a Witnesses explained that Ned was nobody from the community. They also explained that the agreement was between Steemit Inc. and the community and not Ned. There was also a proposal to invest the stake in the Steem.DAO system. They also asked if he would invest Steem in the DAO as Steemit Inc. had explained.

A spokesman for Tron explained that none of this was part of the contract. When asked that it was agreed between Steemit Inc. and the community, he reiterated that there were no documents about it.

@pharesim explained that he had written an open letter to Justin Sun, but his mike was set incorrectly.

Subsequently, another Witness stated that Justin Sun had bought a Stake mti commitment. He compared the stake to buying a stolen TV. If you buy this one, you can't make excuses for not knowing. The commitments always came from Steemit Inc., not Ned. Afterwards it was mentioned that the obligations were to be found in the Blockchain in the Steemitblog. It was also made clear that they were not hackers, but took this step to protect the Blockchain.

The representative of Tron, said they wanted to create a win-win situation. He did not want to talk about the agreement and they did not want to move away from the term hacker.

Afterwards, a developer said it was just a tweet to correct the situation.

The Tron representative explained that the deleted tweets were the reason for the current situation.

On this, the developer explained, they already had a reputation damage and it was not about deleting, but a tweet that set everything right.

Justin Sun explained that the goal of the conversation was only communication, not finding a solution. Besides, everything is seen as a step in the right direction.

The developer interjects, the hacker Tweet does not create a good atmosphere for the conversation. A Witness declares that they want a deal with Tron, like with Steemit Inc. Here the idea is thrown into the room to disable the voting function via an option developed by Steemit Inc.

Justin Sun knows nothing about the option and wants to find out about it with his teams.

A Witness explains it to him and asserts that it is a good signal.

Justin Sun wants to deal more with Steem and the story behind it.

A Witness says that Justin Sun doesn't understand how the Blockchain and their government works.

The Tron representative explains that they have negotiated directly with Ned, they are looking for all the contracts there are and the implementation of the roadmap is their goal. They also want a good cooperation.

A developer recommends looking at the technology behind Steem and that a win-win situation would be good for everyone.

The Tron representative explains that they want to get out of Steem with profit and implement a hardfork under the SF22.5. Also, the votes should be removed afterwards.

The Witnesses criticize the idea to introduce a 1-3 day powerdown only for stock exchanges.

Justin Sun explains that not everyone thinks that a powerdown of 1-3 days is not a good idea, so the middle way is to allow it only for exchanges.

It is explained that this is a security vulnerability. It is explained that most of the voters of the former Top20 are not in favor and that stock exchanges should not be allowed to vote with the steem of their customers.

Justin Sun explains that the stakes are the clients.

It is explained that it is illegal to use the stakes of customers to vote.

The Tron representative explains that power should be returned to the community in the long run.

The Witnesses ask them to disable the Witnessvote function for the Stake.

The Tron rep explains that if you understand, you'll talk about it again. Steem is just one of many projects, so you can't get into everything so quickly.

The Witnesses want to get back to normal. The 13-week powerdown is one of the things that protects them from the stock market's vote of no confidence.

The Tron representative explains that this is not part of today's discussion and a topic for another day. Government power should go back to the community and Justin Sun wants his money back.

It is pointed out that at least the price feed should be reinstated to prevent negative consequences.

Eli Powell is instructed to take care of it.

Finally, the widows suggest that he should remove his widowhood and thus ease the situation.

Overall, some widnesse and community participants were too emotional, but others are clearly interested in resolving the situation. But what you notice is that Justin Sun does not know what he bought here.
