As we gradually step into spring, the touristic season is getting closer and closer in my area and especially my small town. The start shot is usually around Easter or the 1st of May. This year both are going to coincide somehow, Easter going to be on May 2nd from what I heard so it's going to be a blast.

For the past two years I've been working with a friend of mine who has a cruise boat for the whole touristic season. Last year was a bit shorter due to the pandemic, but this year seems to be a quite normal one. As usually he asked me the question if I'd be part of his business this year to. I play a quite an important role in organizing the cruises and making sure that the flow of them is running smoothly and we've been good partners so far.

He definitely earned the higher percentage as the owner of the business, but I was doing pretty well to, sometimes scoring even more than three minimum wages per month. The downside would be that such an activity eats up a lot of time. You're out on the street hustling and organizing cruises the whole day, morning till evening, seven days a week. Not much time left for anything else tbh...

Being quite active on Hive as well, and in order to be able to make a living out of this daily activity of mine, especially during a bull market, means that I have to chose. Yes, this year I'll have to chose between the two of them because I can't do both at the same time. I admit that, I'm not that capable. You don't even have too much of a mood for blogging when getting home tired after a day of walking in the sun, talking with hundreds of people, getting into verbal fights sometimes and so on... Many of the tourists don't even know all the backstage details of their cruises.

Hence I will have to give up on my experience with this boat cruises business. At least for this year. I don't feel like it's worthier than what I have on Hive. I'm not making thousands of dollars with my blog, but I'm satisfied with what I have and I enjoy this activity much more than I enjoy tourism. That's the truth. I might even start trading with a small part of my portfolio once the crypto waters will start boiling once again and crypto over all requires a lot of attention from me.

This is the future after all, I have no doubt about that. I am on Hive for over three years and I started from scratch. I've put a lot of time, effort and dedication to get to my results. I know, I'm not a superstar around here and honestly I don't even want that. Being engaged and present in this community is the best strategy to making the most out of your efforts. I could have probably earned the same if powering down all my LEO and getting involved in CUB, but didn't felt like doing that.

I like my stigma as a content creator and how I earn my tokens around here. It's what I chose to do since I first heard of STEEM. You can't be much of a creator though if you just show up once or twice a day putting out some posts and getting to sleep afterwards. It just doesn't work to me. I like spending time around here, watching the market, writing about events from this space or from our own Hive community and wouldn't be able to do all that if getting involved in the boat cruises business as well.

Hence I am Fulltime Till The End of Time on this ship. When I read some of @taskmaster4450 posts about Hive I get even more excited. Maybe next year this time, I won't be able to earn as much as I earn now from crypto, but at least during this bull market I want to make the most out of it. I screwed the previous one, wasn't even on Hive back then, and I definitely want to make this one my first complete great one. I think I deserve that after all these years.

By the way, I am affording to chose between these two options and go along with the more mentally fulfilling one, and probably financially as well, which is obviously Hive, thanks to all of you curating my content. Otherwise I would probably not be in the position of wasting a touristic season, especially during a financial crisis. You've made @acesontop a full time ace. I'm glad I haven't gave up on this thing and kept pushing forward.

Thanks for attention, Adrian
