This is just the beginning as more countries will follow feeling the gradual consequences of the pandemic. I know these are difficult times and I see less positive news coming in now that a new strain popped up amidst news of vaccines being rolled out. I like the idea that cryptocurrencies are helping people supplement their daily needs but turning into crypto is not exactly a good strategy especially when volatility is part of it's norm.

Invest only in what you can afford to lose and quite frankly, if one is already in dire financial situation, the last thing they would want to see is their savings burned over crypto volatility. I like the fact that people can be rewarded for content they produce for this platform especially if it helps drive in more visibility for new users. But they have to work for their content and strive to engage with the community first to prove their worth. This is a fair trade off because the community will be investing in their growth.
