Given that the game already has a built in mechanic for adjusting taxes according to market price, having another power just add to the burden instead of alleviating the set mechanics is just meh. The benefits these additional taxes give can be gained if one builds their city tailored to to optimizing those benefits without relying on taxes to boost the stat. I'm just saying let the free market decide the price because imposing more taxes is a flawed argument.
