Gaming Tokens Headed To The Moon?

Blockchain gaming is underdeveloped and virtually non existent, it's early, but that's not stopping gaming token from surging!

Lets look at a few of the more popular blockchain games and see how their tokens are really doing. There's certainly more games out there than what I'll list below, but these are the ones on my radar.

It's been a good year for Axie Infinity token holders, with the token up 228% in the past 30 days. The game continues to create headlines and be consistently in the blockchain gaming discussion. I would like to meet their marketing team!

Decentraland - $MANA $0.70

While the game Decentraland has made great developments and consistently has events that generate headlines and put the game in the spotlight, it suffers because of ETH inability to scale. When gas fee's are high it completely saps the fun out of the game in my opinion. Perhaps they need a 2nd layer scaling solution along the lines of Immutable X to swoop in. Regardless their native MANA toke has done really well this year and has surged this past month, up 61% in the past 2 weeks.

One of the most popular blockchain games in it's early days but has been slow to embrace interoperability and has suffered from the lack of growth on the HIVE blockchain. Thankfully they're making moves to connect with both the WAX and Ethereum blockchains. The best is yet to come in terms of token value.

Alien Worlds - TLM $0.11

Alien Worlds has exploded onto the scene thanks to the support of the WAX blockchain community and their marketing efforts. Alien Worlds is also going cross chain with BSC and Ethereum support. After loosing some value the token has surged back over the past couple of weeks.

My DeFi Pet - $DPET

A pet breeding simulator on the Binance Smart Chain that will eventually include pet battles and elements of DeFi. The team is very active, good at marketing and has been pushing regular updates.

Enjin - $ENJ $1.35

ENJ is token that is used to directly back NFT that are created within the Enjin ecosystem. There are a number of games already operating in early stages (9 Lives Arena, The Six Dragons) or are in development with this ecosystem.

Future Considerations

Gods Unchained - $GODS

Gods unchained is getting their shit together in a major way, they've partnered with Immutable X to build a 2nd layer protocol that will allow their NFT ecosystem to flourish and scale. Next up they are launching a $GODS token, not financial advice but you might want to keep an eye on this one.
