Indonesia to ban crypto?

Hi,

again a poor country, where most people are living in harsh conditions like Nigeria, India, or China is on the verge to ban crypto. Yes, China is by any means a country of poor people. Please don't get impressed by the flashy cities in the East and by the rank of the richest country, as there are a lot of people living under $5.5 a day.

Indonesia might ban it from other reason than the countries mentioned above, as these countries want to ban it because they can't control it. Controlling the money is very important to hold on the power.

Like mentioned, Indonesia might ban crypto also. Their reason would be religious. Indonesia Central Bank has issued means of banning cryptocurrency in 2018. In October and November of last year, two clerical bodies in the country have forbidden it. Now comes the third one, who declares crypto incompatible with religion.

It would not be the first case where religion mixes with crypto, as it happened in Egypt, or the Republic of Ingushetia in the Russian Federation.

I know it is a forbidden thing to speak about religion, but religion shall not mix with the state politics. Everyone shall have its belief system, but this shall not affect the one next. It shall be private and not state politics. The states not ruled by religion, where religion is free, are doing a lot better than the ones where a religion is imposed. Don't get me wrong, I respect any form of belief as long as it is not forced upon me.

Can crypto free these states? Can crypto open the minds? Probably yes, else it would not have been banned.
