It is easier than imagined. My parents travel from Western Romania via Serbia and North Macedonia to Greece as it is faster than traveling via Romania and Bulgaria. Also both have a commercial treaty with the EU which makes transit easier. Romania needs to build it's infrastructure to make Constanta relevant. Neither train nor roads are fast at the moment.
