Splinterlands has introduced new assets at base prices and require you to sell your SPS and DEC into credits to get it. It is a major shake-up of the whole economy. The same thing happened when untamed came out. There was a massive supply shock with Beta out of print and prices climbed... then new cards came out for cheap and nobody was going to pay that much for a beta card when they could get the untamed card 10x cheaper. This drove Beta holders to sell to get cheap untamed cards... Once Chaos sells out, it will be a rollercoaster up again.
