It's Saturday, and that means it's #saturdaysavers update day :)

If you're not familiar with SaturdaySavers, it's a fabulous initiative run by @shanibeer writing as @sally-saver on the @eddie-earner account, where we all support each other in getting to our savings goals.

Here's this week's table of progress;

Hive Power

200 of the 217.589 gain for the week was from liquid HIVE powered up - when it did the second brief price drop last week, I bought a bunch more HIVE with fiat. Definitely a case of catching a falling knife, but it was probably more by luck than skill ! More importantly, I also gained 17.589 from various rewards - I've been working hard to keep my activity levels up.

HBD

Having bought HIVE when it was lower priced, once it came up again, I converted 21.428 of it into HBD. The other 3.28 HBD was author rewards. I'm definitely happy with the way HBD is going, and was really impressed how well it held it's peg while crypto prices were bouncing around like mad.

LEO

All of the LEO I got this week was earned, mostly through delegation. I powered up 160 LEO on LPUD, and still have 137 liquid, so it'll be no problem hitting the minimum 150 for the next LPUD. I may buy some more at some point, just so that my votes in LeoFinance are worth something !

EDS

A growth of 0.6 for the week. I'm still monitoring this to see whether I've got enough EDSMM's to hit the target, but I appreciate the distribution is effectively a random draw so might be a bit difficult to predict !.

SBI

Having been under target for the first few weeks, I'm now thoroughly over it. But that makes me happy; it means I'm giving something back to other Hive members, and the share of rewards I'm getting myself from the SBI programme are starting to get noticeable.

Posts in Month

I've managed to do 10 posts in the last week, which is really good considering my normal slow posting rate !

Something which has helped massively is discovering reverio.io which is basically like Quora but as a Hive dapp. Each question you create is treated as a post, and it's a lot of fun both creating questions and answering ones that other people have created. In the longer term, if enough of us contribute, I can see it growing to become a useful resource and a great draw for onboarding new users to Hive

VESTS

VESTS were up a massive 385,205 for the week, I guess mainly as a result of increasing my HP and HBD savings so much. The nice thing is that it tipped me over the 7 million mark, which is most definitely a nice feeling !

All in all, it was a good week with a mix of hard work and good luck. I hope yours was as good !
