This is much much better than the last process .

I do have one suggestion though -

The 7th point - Get a post with 20 unique commenters . Maybe this isn't required.

All other points are okay because it can be achieved with the individual's efforts but this particular point isn't in the hands of the person who posts right?
I mean even if he makes a wonderful post and nobody comments , it isn't his fault .

I will try to get you data of how many average unique commenters LeoFinance posts see ( for last 30 days maybe ) - maybe that will help set the correct figure ( 20 unique commenters or less or more ) - let me know.
