I think twitter is the best weapon we have, just by giving them a little bit of information and letting them know what Hive is, they should start researching and reading about our community and see if fits their expectations.

The most powerful thing about Hive besides the community is the possibility for Devs to create and being supported by the DHF if the project benefits the blockchain. that thing for sure will attract many devs here.
