The Effect of News on Stock Market

It's not something new that News does indeed affect Stock Prices atleast temporarily but truth be told I have never witnessed this LIVE. Today as I woke up I was kind of bombarded with clips of a Factory Exploding which was supposedly a Factory owned by DEEPAK NITRITE. It was around 10 AM in the morning and I saw Red Bars on the Stock.

The stock went from the highs of 2050 INR to 1963 INR which is a 4 percent drop in price. But we all know that a 4 percent drop a day is quite basic considering we are in a slight Bear phase but DEEPAK NITRITE was in an upward momentum and I strongly believe that this news might have caused this DIP.

A part of me also feels like the next trading day Deepak Nitrite could see Red Momentum so I am definitely thinking about getting some Short Positions on the Stock. BTW I am no Financial expert I am just looking to play the News a little, there is also the risk because we have two off days inbetween the News so it's kind of a 50:50 chance of loss or gain.
