As you say, having experienced this previously, is a great help for you to keep your emotions under control and not be influenced by the changes in price... For me and other people who have no experience in investment, this is a critical period, and a key factor in my opinion on how much you are affected by the fear of losing money is dictated by how much you are going to lose... on of the greatest advice that I received before starting to invest, was to "invest only what I am ready to lose". I am an optimistic person, and I really believe that crypto will have a great future, but the truth is that we all think this because we are somehow involved in them. The reality is that we don't really know what will happen in the future, so in order to not be too much influenced by our emotions, my strategy is to invest only surplus money.
