Starting my journey on Publish0x
This might be very old news for many people but it was very fresh for me. A few days back, I found links to publish0x in someone's post. I didn't know about publish0x before but after checking it out recently, I wanted to share my articles there as well. I know a few people who are posting their articles on multiple platforms. I'm glad to get started there.
The first thing that I admire about this platform is the way it is structured. I guess it is using a simple bootstrap front end code. The layout has been made very simple making it easier for navigation and also making it simple and attractive for the users.
I also found a dark mode and started using it. One good thing I like about this platform is that I don't have to create a handle but instead specify what I would like to be called as we will get a unique permalink to our profile page with the name that we select. I was fortunate enough to get it as Bala which is what I missed on Hive as well as other platforms.
I haven't explored much about this platform to find out how the value is generated and how it is being distributed to the users. All I found was that recently few tokens were added to the list of earning tokens. I read some posts about that. Good to see different tokens available in one platform.
I'm not sure but I guess in the future it should be possible for them to even add Hive tokens as one of the rewards. Maybe they can integrate this with Hive blockchain directly and display the hive rewards people get. But there again not all the publish0x might have a hive account so, it can be a little tricky thing. But I'm sure they can find a way to implement this.
I just started with this platform and I make this as my first post on Publish0x to see how things work there. Not all the registered members get approval to start posting right away. They will have to submit a form to get started. I also had to submit a form by providing some article samples that I wrote and providing some information about myself. After submitting my application it was in a pending state.
I don't know what parameters they used to approve or reject applications but fortunately, my application was approved by them. I received an email confirmation after my approval. I haven't explored the other areas of the website but wanted to give it a try to post my first article. It can take some more time for me to traverse through the site and understand the site and the reward system there.
