Simple rules when starting blogging on Hive blockchain

When we are starting something we are lost in the beginning but as we learn and get accustomed to the ecosystem, we grow and even thrive. So in the incipient phase of starting blogging on the Hive blockchain, we could follow some simple rules that should attract some eyes over us and earn us curation in the long term.

Remember the human element and act as one. Nobody likes news or information told in the third person and sharing from experience, your thoughts, or anything making it personal is the thing that counts more than anything else.

Behave as you would in real life and expect others to respond with the same coin as you do. Don't expect to get without giving and think as a collective that works together in order to lift each other.

Create original content even if inspired by the crypto world and always try to add your own touch and perspective over it. Nobody wants to hear the same news over and over again, but someone bringing a new angle to it should get more appreciation than the others.

Search for duplicates before posting in order to differentiate from what's around and bring novelty to this blogging crypto space. I know that we still need a search feature as an API available at the Hive blockchain level in order to be optimized the way the information is stored and provide fast results, but there are still some services we can use for that. The simplest of them all is Google search where you can input your subject and filter it by adding site:hive.blog or a similar frontend.

Follow community rules and best practices in order to provide content relevant to them. As well being alone on Hive is not the way to go as communities empower and support their members. Just need to find the right community for you, have fun and make the most of it.

These rules can be helpful for anyone coming to this vast blockchain and orient them on the path to building righteousness and being supported by communities and other content creators and curators. It is not the place for a lonely wolf, but even that one will find a place here. So start your journey on Hive blockchain and have great accomplishments on it!
