After the recent hard forks on Hive (HF26 and HF27) the deposits and withdrawals were suspended on Binance for maintenance operations. And today we are back in business as the maintenance window on Binance was completed and the Deposits and withdrawals are once again open for operation. And regardless if you want to recognize it or not, Binance is still a big player in Hive tokenomics and enabling quantitative transactions back and forth.

To start depositing or withdrawing Hive cryptocurrency from Binance, you can perform the following steps.

1. Login to Binance and navigate to Fiat and Spot Wallet.

2. Filter your assets by Hive and chose either to Deposit or Withdraw

3. Perform the intended action - Hive withdraw in this case

This is a simple way to get Hive either IN or OUTSIDE of Binance and INTO or OUTSIDE of Hive blockchain. Binance has enough liquidity for trading with small ticks and is currently paired with BTC, USDT, and BUSD. For example for the HIVE:USDT market the liquidity in the past 24 hours reached 6,192,164.00 HIVE tokens which is quite impressive. Of course, as the maintenance took a while a lot of Hive has been traded and either deposited or withdrawn from Binance, but it is quite good to be listed by such a big exchange. Only if we would have also HBD listed there, but who knows if the Market Capitalization of the token increases maybe we will get there.
