Hive-engine in the red, SPS going down and chaos comes in three days

I finally got back to my laptop and what do I see? A bloodbath in Hive-engine waiting for me.

I'm not even trying to be poetic, this situation really sucks. My Hive-engine wallet value dropped by a thousand bucks.

Looking at the situation, there's really not much I could do. Everything dumped in value, yup, even Leo tokens too.

I've stacked all these tokens and watched them all grow. Now it's getting cold and their values are dropping like snow.

It's kind of bearish

It's not just Hive-engine though, virtually everything is going down. I hate to see it but that's just part of the game.

If this is your first rodeo, you're probably panicking and that's okay. Nobody likes to see their assets losing value.

My cousin texted me this morning to enquire why her wallet value dropped in value. I explained it but forgot to add "welcome to crypto". Alas, this is the game, so if it's truly your first time, then welcome to the game.

We've come a long way

Hive has also been tanking recently but it's pretty crazy how much we've grown in recent times. It's crazy how we're where we are and describing it as a bear market.

I guess it's safe to say this is a sign of the times, with all things considered. Just last week, many of us were celebrating hive getting to $1.8, now there's doom and gloom about Hive being at the same value.

Honestly though, this situation is one that I'm okay with. Yeah the value has dropped since the previous highs but the fact that people are unhappy with the current level means there's hope that we'll act on it.

Right now, it seems like people are even more reluctant to sell their hive. When you consider the number of airdrops on the way though, it's easy to understand why.

I reckon the value of hive will stay around this level or maybe drop off a bit more. I won't be surprised if we get as low as $1 at some point.

Did you hear how that sounds? I said "as low as $1". We're referring to $1 as low now and that's how it's going to be for a while.

Anyway, when the airdrops come around, we won't be at $1 for long. Hell, we're probably going to shoot up to $5 real quick in the process, so it's best to stay frosty.

SPS discount price

Speaking of airdrop, the SPS token is below 40cents now and I have to say, that's kind of depressing. The token got another listing on Sushiswap but that didn't do much to the price in the short term.

Perhaps it's just due to the overall dip in the market. Time will tell.

For now though, this is the best time to accumulate tokens, if you're looking to get in. Think of it as a black Friday deal, if you may.

Ready for Chaos

Still in the topic of Splinterlands, I'm really excited about opening my Chaos packs. I checked and I have 59 packs to open.

I'll be making a video of opening my packs when the time comes. Looking forward to getting some decent cards that will go straight into the rental market.

Just chilling

For now though, I'm just going to chill and play fifa with my friends that came around. I'll get to the serious stuff tomorrow morning.

The market keeps going and things will change. You always have to stay on top of the situation and never let anything pass you by.
